When and how does a terrorist group get classified by the FBI as a terrorists group?—Only our FBI seems to really know

Apparently only the FBI knows and there are a lot of organizations and news groups they are refusing to tell. -សតិវ អតុ

We do know that according to the Huff Post;

 

The FBI coordinated extensively with private companies, including banks, that feared they could be affected by Occupy protests. Occupy, which took root in New York City's Zuccotti Park in September 2011 and spread to cities across the country, targeted corporations and other forces it believed to perpetuate social inequality.
And don’t forget that the FBI can decide your danger level can depend on “targeted corporations and other forces it believed to perpetuate social inequality.” So apparently, under our law it is illegal to promote social equality. How many of you even knew such ideas were so subversive.
“According to internal documents newly released by the FBI, the agency spearheaded a nationwide law enforcement effort to investigate and monitor the Occupy Wall Street movement. In certain documents, divisions of the FBI refer to the Occupy Wall Street protests as a "criminal activity" or even "domestic terrorism."
But what makes a group’s action “criminal activity?” or “domestic terrorism?” The FBI seems a little fuzzy on that and they don’t seem concerned at all about the rights of individuals who may falsely get accused of doing these things.

And from Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF);

FBI documents just obtained by the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) pursuant to the PCJF’s Freedom of Information Act demands reveal that from its inception, the FBI treated the Occupy movement as a potential criminal and terrorist threat even though the agency acknowledges in documents that organizers explicitly called for peaceful protest and did “not condone the use of violence” at occupy protests.

Just remember you youngsters. While you’re at sleep at night soldiers are out killing other people to protect you from such criminal activity as equality. Never worry that the day will ever come when a man says “he’s as good as you are.” The FBI and you’re Military just ain’t a’ gonna’ let a thin’ like that happen here.
