Paraguayan People's Army-EPP Gringa fine to stay for environmental violations

I have just recently learned of this guerrilla group that operates in Paraguay.

Note: Sunday, January 25, EPP entered the Gringa Estancia, burned two tractors and a retreat (representing a loss of 550 million Guarani) and left a statement and two pamphlets.

From the Paraguayan People's Army (EPP)/Lavictoria de los oprimidos y explotados:

Lords owners of the Estancia La Gringa:
Stop the criminal deforestation doing and immediately begin reforestation with native species and fruit trees (mango, avocado, orange, grapefruit, guava, etc.). Must pay $ 300,000 (three hundred thousand dollars) plus 60 (sixty) cattle in fines for environmental violations. The amount must be delivered in every community in provisions amounting to $ 50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) and 10 (ten) livestock in the following communities:
* - Barrio Barrio San Francisco Calaberita and the city of Concepcion
* - Chacarita and Pelopincho Asuncion
* - Arroyito and Iron Curuzó
Should be devoted to livestock and crop products not requiring the use of pesticides.
Consider this warning as an ultimatum. If targets are not met systematic attacks by the revolutionary and patriotic forces of the Paraguayan People's Army.
The deadline is February 6, 2015.
Nature is not our only we have borrowed from future generations.

Long live the class struggle!

Long live the armed wing of the poor!
