INDIA: The Maoists establish a permanent camp in Malkangiri



Malkangiri: Before the week of the PLGA (People's Liberation Guerrilla Army) that begins on December 2, the Maoists have launched a challenge for the security forces by establishing a "permanent camp" in the remote district of Malkangiri. 

Reportedly rebels have painted 
of 'red' structure  that also have built and sealed off with suitable place barricades. According to the sources, the rebels have plans to inaugurate the suspect camp office on the first day of the EGLP week starting on December 2.

The Maoists had established a temporary camp at Gora Setu in Chitrakonda last year and this time they have created a permanent structure in the district.
