Illegal abortions kill women. Are dead women less valuable than a fetus?

On October 9, several local students protested at Spirit One Church, the staging ground for the local organization Operation Save America. This organization has been hitting the schools with their graphic photos of dead fetuses. They obviously feel that these visual objects are more impressive than the facts.
Maybe it’s time for our side to show the face of illegal abortions. Remember, they were illegal before Roe v. Wade and women often died from back ally abortions. That would include women such as this.

We know that members of Operation Save America care more for an unnamed fetus than a full grown woman, but I wonder how many a high school girl feels looking into the faces of women who have died from illegal abortions.
