GOP beats the Benghazi dead horse again

I’m reposting this as it has a lot of good points and information. However I would like to make at least one point. Jenkins said:
“They could concentrate on the indecisive response of the administration to the Syrian civil war. Obama botched that one. He allowed the (Bashar al-)Assad regime to shift the issue from the human cost of the fighting to the dismantling of Syria's chemical weapon stockpiles.”
I would point out that it is true the Assad regime has killed many of its citizens for frivols reasons, but the opposition Free Syrian Army has attacked many of its opponents with the same disregard of both life and rights. From Syrian Communist Party-Bakdash:
“The terrorist groups (Under the Umbrella of the Free Syrian Army) were behind a series of attacks targeting us including the bombing of our central office in Damascus….
In Aleppo, the terrorist groups attacking the area of Sheikh Maksoud, which is mainly Kurdish, have primarily targeted the homes of Communist Party members.”
So Communists, Kurds and others under attack have every right to defend themselves against these imperialist puppets. Otherwise this is a good article:

Benghazi? Again? Yes, friends and neighbors, there is going to be yet another committee looking into the events of Sept. 11, 2012 and the subsequent handling of information by the Obama administration.
One can only suppose that this is the result of Republican weariness in trying to repeal the Affordable Care Act (forty-some times). Obamacare is alive, well and getting stronger by the day.
What was going to be the showpiece of the Republican mid-term election strategy seems to be slipping away from them.
Now the GOP and its Tea Party adjunct seems to be shifting focus to look at the Obama record on foreign affairs. Granted, they have a lot to work with. They could concentrate on the indecisive response of the administration to the Syrian civil war. Obama botched that one. He allowed the Assad regime to shift the issue from the human cost of the fighting to the dismantling of Syria's chemical weapon stockpiles.
Over 90% of the stockpiles have been removed for decommissioning and destruction and the rest are scheduled soon. The world community, of which Obama is titular leader, seems now willing to do nothing more than send humanitarian relief and help fund refugee camps.
Russia seems to be having its way with the Ukraine with only the puny "sanctions" imposed on a few top Russian industries and individuals as the West's response. One can only fear that the rest of Ukraine will go the way of the Crimea and that at the very least large chunks of a sovereign nation will be detached as semi autonomous regions.
Lots of talking points for administration critics, few accomplishments for the president to hold up. So why Benghazi?
