Maoist Communist Party Manipur observed 1st RED DAY: Martyred Comrade Ibomcha

From Maoist Revolution;

Maoist Communist Party Manipur has observed the 1st RED DAY in remembrance of its 1st Martyred Comrade Moirangthem Ibomcha (34) S/O, Moirangthem Kumar of Napet Village under Lamlai Area, Imphal East District Manipur. Comrade Ibomcha was martyred in an ambush launched by the reactionary forces of Manipur Police Commandos against a section of our Maoist militia team at Nongmaiching Hills on the fated date of 29th August 2012. Comrade Ibomcha who previously worked as Unit Secretary of the Party was assigned as an organizing member for the formation of the New Peoples Militia (NPM) post approval by the Central Committee of the Maoist Communist Party of Manipur, but unfortunately, the comrade was martyred before the formation of the NPM. We never forget his understanding in the class struggle and staunch commitment to forward the new democratic revolution in Manipur. He came from a rural peasant family. Manipur has a long history of Proletarian Revolution. Every Manipuri has acknowledged the Armed Agrarian revolution of 1948-1951, fought against the feudal Manipuri Kingdom and still continuing in fighting with Indian expansionism formerly led by Comrade Hijam Irabot. His sacrifice as a selfless revolutionary hero will remain in the annals of the history of Manipur. The armed Agrarian revolution was concluded after his death and with the direct intervention of revisionist Communist Party of India (CPI). The reactionary government had declared comrade Hijam Irabot as a proclaimed offender, but even though the peoples of Manipur have been observing every September of the year as ‘Irabot Month’ throughout every nook and corner of Manipur. So the objective conditions of a communist movement based on Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is very much favorable. The Communist Movement in Manipur post the death of comrade Hijam Irabot had remained either in the hands of Revisionist i.e. CPI and CPM or in the hands of some narrow minded nationalist people who do not have an inkling of Marxism, Leninism or Maoism hence in the effect that the general people have eventually declined from the communist movement. It’s true that the communist movement in Manipur had gone on for decades without an ideological foundation of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, where a strong objective condition prevails for a resurgent communist revolution. Now, we have revolutionary parties grounded on Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and fundamentally Maoism, a consolidate Vanguard of Manipuri Proletariat. Now the time has again comes to expand our Militia and to develop it into a bigger force titled New Peoples Guerrilla Army (NPGA) which is necessary to defeat and wipe out the reactionary Indian forces and Manipuri Comprador, Big Bourgeoisie, Bureaucrat (CBB) who support the Indian colonialism and rule Manipur on behalf of the Indian Reactionary Class. We the Maoist Communist Party Manipur have called the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and The Communist Party of India (Maoist) to initiate a new United Front of Maoist Parties and anti Imperialist forces of Asia and eventually of this earth. We are very new to the ICM but now we are looking forward to the response of International understandings of CPP and CPI (MAOIST) and other Maoist Parties. We will also appreciate if any Maoist Party can initiate to strive for a united front based on the principles of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
