Kansas has lost one more major wing-nut and idiot. Today, Bob Corkins, Kansas Education Commissioner resigned. It’s the first smart thing the man has done since he was appointed to run Kansas Schools. The man has not experience in education, so he can now go back to lobbying, for vouchers, against sex ed, against funding education and a number of other wacky ideas, that are typical to the Kansas Republican Wing-nuts.
All this man has ever done is lobby and write a blog. Now he can go back to those things and the new board can get a real commissioner who knows what a person doing that job is supposed to do.
