We, the undersigned individuals and organisations, are convening a meeting on the 17th December 2008 in , London at 7-10 pm to address the question of: "The Present International and National situations and the tasks of creating a revolutionary communist party in Britain". While the crisis of Global Capital has reached a peak unforeseen since the Great Depression of the thirties, Britain is without a revolutionary party. The ideological and organisational strengthening of the British working class movement is imperative and we must rise to the challenges that the Crisis of Global Capitalism has put before us, and breathe new life into the moribund British Communist movement, with the new vibrant ideology of Marxism Leninism Maoism, the resurgent ideology of the 21st Century.
