Lately there has been a lot of interest in Woodstock. It was a major event during my life time even though I didn’t go to it. I often mention the concert in my book, Memoirs of a Drugged-Up, Sex-Crazed Yippie: We were aware of it, through the news media and then through the movie and record albums.
