Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) Chairman Prachanda has turned up after taking a trip to India.
From Nepalnews.com;
Unified CPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Monday remarked that he is not “anti-India” as some portray him to be.
The Maoist chief gave this clarification during his meeting with visiting India leader Vijay Jolly, who is the head of opposition Bharatiya Janata Party’s foreign department, on Monday.
Speaking at a programme in the capital later today, the BJP leader informed that during their meeting, Dahal expressed his unhappiness over being perceived as anti-Indian by certain section of the Indian establishment and instead wanted to further strengthen the bilateral relationship between Nepal and India. He said that Dahal also showed willingness to come on a visit of India after ensuring timely constitution and concluding the peace process in Nepal as per the aspiration of the people.
