Not since the Dust Bowl of the 1930s has Texas seen a duster as the one reported on MSNBC. Severe drought and an unusually hot summer are probably the reason for this. But as in the 1930s, missuse of the land, bad farming practices, or just plain global warming may be partially to blame. It is too early to know for sure, but we will find out more in the coming years. -សតិវ អតុ
