Congratulations on the DPR (North) Korea for their successful satellite Launch

The Democratic People’s Republic of (North) Korea has finally launched a successful rocket, that puts the one anti-US imperialist country closer to being able to defend itself.  It already has a nuclear bomb, now they are successfully launching missile that can deliver such a weapon.
Naturally the mainstream press treats the DPRK as a rough government that is unpredictable and a danger to its neighbors, including the US.
“United States officials confirm that North Korea appears to have carried out the successful launch of a long-range rocket.
The move comes as a surprise to the international community, which has consistently called on North Korea to abandon its efforts.
Less than 24 hours earlier, the North Koreans had indicated they were grappling with "technical uncertainties" that forced them to extend the launch window to Dec. 29.
The secretive regime insists its efforts are part of a peaceful space program intended to place a satellite into orbit. But the U.S. and key Asian allies believe it is a thinly disguised attempt to test an intercontinental ballistic missile aimed at furthering development of the technology needed to mount a nuclear warhead on a long-range rocket that could one day reach the U.S.”

However, it was President George W Bush who called Iraq, Iran and the DPRK as “The Axis of Evil.” Then he invaded Iraq and set up a puppet government. He lied about the regime having “weapons of mass destruction” So after seeing one of the “Axis of Evil” invaded, it only made sense that the DPRK to develop weapons that can make invading it almost impossible. The DPRK is simply finding ways to defend itself and none of this would be necessary if the mighty US empire would stop trying to rearrange the rest of the world in their “own image and likeness.” (yes we believe we are God’s right hand) This is a country that never cuts the military budget so it can find new ways to kill people it doesn’t like in other parts of the world. Yet this country won’t even spend the money needed for people’s medical needs, they don’t want to spend money on those who are disabled, sick or elderly, yet we spend more money on the military than any other country.
We have a two party system that often gives us little choice as to what we vote for. We have an Electoral College that leaves it up to a few swing states to decide who the president is.  This country is nothing like a democracy and all we really want to do is put up puppet governments through out the third world that will allow us access to their resources, and in the Middle-east there are plenty of resources to steal from those people.
Not all of us are falling for that “freedom isn’t free”—That  a bold face lie. Our military is fighting for an empire that allows us great wealth at the expense of other countries.
How many of the people in Afghanistan have all the fancy iphones, TVs and special featured cars we have in this country—probably very few. Many people live in mud houses without electricity.
So there is no surprise that countries such as the DPRK don’t want us just taking them over. They are smart to resist that. And now the US wants to tell everyone else how to live their lives.
Congratulations to the DPRK for finding one more way to keep The US Empire from destroying a perfectly sovereign nation. -សតិវ អតុ
