Dear comrades
We thank you very much for the invitation at 7th National Congress of the Communist Party of Nepal—Maoist going to be held on January 9-13, 2013 at Kathmandu. We wish it could be a step onwards for the communist movement in Nepal and for the International Communist Movement, too, in consideration of the role the revolution in Nepal played in the last decades on the world level. We wish it could give the best contribution to the struggle for making advance Marxism Leninism Maoism, that is the first weapon we need for creating and/or strengthening new communist parties in each country, for making socialist and new democratic revolutions and for building a new and living unity in the International Communist Movement. We wish we could meet you or some representative of your Party in Nepal, in Europe or in Italy, as soon as possible. As a matter of fact, unfortunately it is not possible for us to attend the Congress.
Comrades, the Party of the Committees to Support Resistance – for Communism (P.CARC) of Italy has established comradely relations with several of you, and we shall be glad to develop such relations, for the good of the communist movement in Nepal, in Italy and in all the world over.
