imperialism, mainly Yankee imperialism. Bolivia as a capitalist country,
dependent and backward third world, remains an oppressed and semicolonial
nation, although the present rulers say being built community socialism, the
truth is that they are playing capitalism in its Andean version, using our complex
social economic formation (society), where the capitalist mode of production,
remains the principal and subordinating other social relations of production of
pre-capitalist character (for populist rulers, this reality corresponds to the
model of plural economy, which in reality is no more Andean capitalism).
In our country, the contradiction is the Plurinational State
against the oppressed nations and nationalities, which the new plurijurídico
order (as above) denies them the right to self-determination and only
recognizes them free reactionary determination ethno-cultural character; and
the fundamental contradiction in our society, remains among the bourgeoisie
(the old and the new bourgeoisie) against workers contradiction that
pachamamista and postmodernist view denies and hides, with the illusory idea
that all "are brothers" and that there are no longer patterns, but
"partners" and the absurd idea of complementarity and harmony of
opposites.
Hoisted the red flag with the hammer and sickle, swore that

the bourgeoisie (old and new bourgeoisies) and transnational, ignoring the
"red October agenda 2003", refusing to abrogate the DS 21060, the
INRA Law and other laws neolibeales, refusing to nationalize the San Cristobal
mine, and populist MAS traveling to the US to Yankee transnational plunder our
natural resources, etc. etc.
In spite of the difficult situation for the communists and
revolutionaries, we show firmness unitary vocation revolutionary forces not
capitulated to the false revolutionaries MAS populism and revisionism, which in
fact defend the interests of the new bourgeoisie and the old bourgeoisie
chicanery that "we must deepen the process" or that "we can
change from within" and other absurdities, as vulgar militants decay,
degeneration, decay and perversion of MAS populism in his desfreno to stay in
the pleasant old state power with ultra-revolutionary bourgeois but
ultraconservative discourse in practice.
Maintain the strong conviction of unity of the popular and
revolutionary camp, the need of the Party of new type, program and Front.
Therefore, overcoming difficulties, we were able to realize the merger of the
Reconstruction Committee of the Communist Party of Bolivia and the
Revolutionary Communist Party, constituting COMMUNIST PARTY OF
BOLIVIA-REVOLUTIONARY (PCB-R), policy workers vanguard and our people, forge where
they will tune with Marxism-Leninism, the powerful ideology of the proletariat,
future cadres, leaders and commanders of the Bolivian revolution.
Marxism-Leninism is science, revolutionary theory and ideology of workers is
not based on subjectivities, fantasies and myths, nor inconsequential
speculations of postmodernism and its confounding variables in the service of
reaction and imperialism.
We support the struggle of oppressed peoples and nations of
the Third World against imperialism, mainly Yankee imperialism; we support the
struggle of the workers of the world against the local bourgeoisie and
imperialism; We support and solidarity with the struggle of the liberation
movements of the peoples and nations of the Third World; support and solidarity
with the wars of liberation and people's wars of organizations and fraternal
Parties, while respecting their political determinations, being the ones who
know and know the reality of their countries and their peoples.
In this Red May and classist fight, we reaffirm our struggle
against imperialism, reaction, revisionism and against populism that blocks the
class struggle of workers revolutionist fascistic rhetoric and corporate
unionism; fight for the political project of a new democratic state, Popular Revolutionary

Scientific Socialism. Convinced we are to come new revolutionary waves of Third

will respond with revolutionary wars to defeat imperialism and march inexorably
toward the Democratic People's Power revolution, revolution of Scientific
