I cannot find any better language to express the joy in my heart.

Recalling the GREAT PROLETARIAN CULTURAL REVOLUTION over the past two years and more, we see what tempestuous storms we have come through. By following our great leader Chairman Mao in pressing ahead courageously, we have finally thoroughly smashed the counter-revolutionary revisionist line headed by China's Khrushchev in the Party...

At the command of our great leader Chairman Mao, the working class, that main force, ascended the stage of struggle-criticism-transformation of the superstructure on July 27. The People's Liberation Army gave it backing. The young Red Guard fighters and all teachers and staff who are willing to make revolution should welcome this act of the working class and follow its leadership. We must not allow the few bad elements to make trouble. We must drag out these bad elements who sabotage struggle-criticism-transformation...

We still have a lot of work to do, a lot indeed - struggle-criticism-transformation, consolidating and building the Party, and purifying the class ranks. We will still encounter many things which we do not yet understand. Therefore, we must follow the teaching of our great leader Chairman Mao to guard against arrogance and rashness. Hold high the great red banner of Mao Tse-tung's thought and advance triumphantly!"

As far as the thesis of women’s liberation historically appears as a bourgeois thesis, in its essence it hides the contraposition of men and women because of gender, and covers up the root of the oppression of women; today we see how women’s liberation as bourgeois feminism is unmasked more and more; it aims to divide the people’s movement, separating the masses of women from it and principally seeking to oppose the development of the women’s movement under the guidance and leadership of the working class.”

On the 8th of March, INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY, we salute the woman worker, peasant, teacher, miner, housewife; all the women of the world and of the Peruvian people, who struggle and fight under the worst conditions of oppression and exploitation against the imperialist system, against yankee imperialism that marches in recession and  towards losing its role as sole gendarme. We salute the heroic struggles that are being waged every day by women in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, America and Europe, wars of national liberation, some with people’s war and others with armed struggles, not only for the defense of their fundamental rights. They are advancing in understanding and creatively applying that all the struggles must be led under the leadership of a Communist Party equipped with the communist ideology of today, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism. Their emancipation goes hand in hand with the conquest of power of the proletariat, everything else is bourgeois pipe-dreams and chatter; only from the barrels of the guns their long-wanted emancipation will come.

Comrade Chiang Ching, an outstanding leader, demands of the whole people that they continue the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution to guarantee the continuity of the socialist revolution; a comrade forged in the people’s war with great political vision calls the whole Chinese people to continue and put their forces in tension  to struggle inside and outside the Party. A hard blow against the dark revisionist organizations that gather women in order for them to be producers of cheap labor, producers of immigrants, producers of GNP, for human trafficking like in Italy, to immerse them in a struggle between the sexes, in struggles about sexual preferences, for the “democratization of Peruvian society”, elections etc. – ragged banners that derail their true role as revolutionary and combatant women. But the women of the world struggle heroically with arms in hand breathing hope into all oppressed women to forge the steel and combat revisionism all over the world.

In Peru, the bureaucrat capitalism developed by this government robs the peasants and settlers of their land in favor of the mining companies. Criminalizing the protests of the people, i.e. ruthlessly applying the plans of the World Bank, of Yankee imperialism, of the BRICS, and we do not forget that this government won with the votes of the ROL and its MOVADEF and all kinds of revisionists (CGTP, Patria Roja, PC Unidad etc.) and today they tear their clothes. As if we do not remember how the Humalas, the Martinas in Villa Maria del Triunfo and San Juan de Lurigancho made campaigns? This is why they do not want the women to elevate their struggles, but that they only beg for one more ration from the "glass of milk"*, one more meal from the “people's canteen”* or a stairway for their neighborhood, a grant, more kindergartens. This is what the mining companies, the fishing boat owners, the oil companies and the finance bank need, a government that promotes "INCLUSION" so that the people stay numb with corrupt authorities to rob them of everything they have.

We pay tribute to all the women who are advancing in the struggle for their emancipation, and we reaffirm that we will continue to fight together with their organizations, we reject the repression and the criminalization of the people's protest.

IN DEFENSE OF THE FEMALE PRISONERS OF WAR IN PERU AND THE WORLD!

LET US OPPOSE THE NEW REDIVISION OF THE WORLD, WITH PEOPLE'S WAR!
