The formation of the communists is an indispensable task for the correct ideological and political cohesion of the party; process that   must   recreate   the theory with the application of this   to social reality, that is, practice, to return once more to theory.

For us that forging has been complex, because we have ideologically steeled ourselves in the daily work, in the daily struggle to build a party without neglecting the creation of the Front and the   army, struggles in the midst of a fight, in the heat and in the face of the permanent stalking of the enemy .

In this context, generating cadres takes us years, and when we lose one, the impact is complex to overcome, since there are comrades who have certain peculiarities that make them true engines of the party and the revolution.

Comrade Joselo was one of those, of the indispensable, of the necessary, of those who marked the roll to always go forward.

His premature death has left a void that is difficult to fill or replace. This is how we feel it within the party, this is how the peasant masses feel it. However, we must continue, catch up with him and continue unstoppably until we achieve our objectives.

Our best tribute to Comrade Joselo cannot be other than to remain firm in the tasks to advance the construction of the three necessary instruments for the revolution, party, front and army, an exercise that can only be given, consolidated and armored in the course of the struggle. of two lines, the class struggle and the application of revolutionary violence as part of the process of militarization of the instruments.

 Before his grave, we swore not to abdicate, not to kneel before imperialism, the big bourgeoisie, big landowners and reaction; not to walk the path of opportunism and revisionism, but, above all, not to spare any effort, however vital it may be, for the conquest of power.
