In the "historical moments" we are experiencing, the crisis of the imperialist world system deepens every day. Beyond the crises of recent years, today's is a crisis that shows with greater clarity and shock that the world's proletarians, and with them all the communist and revolutionary forces, find themselves in a new situation and face new times. The disintegration and decline of imperialism is evident. And just as the decomposition and disintegration of imperialism are historically necessary and inevitable, so is the resistance, struggle and revolution carried out by the masses of the people under the leadership of the proletariat and its communist parties. It is important to remember what Chairman Mao Tse-Tung emphasized:"Everything reactionary does not fall if you do not crush it."  However far the process of decomposition of imperialism goes, however deep its crisis may be: only through the proletarian revolution, only through the crushing of the old state apparatuses, only through the new ones - The democratic and socialist revolutions to install the dictatorship! community under the leadership of the proletariat and its party and the dictatorship of the proletariat will be wiped off the face of the earth!

The crisis of imperialism, its decomposition and decline, is most clearly reflected in the problems in which US imperialism is increasingly entangled. However, US imperialism remains the only hegemonic imperialist superpower on a world scale. The arrogance of US imperialism, which seeks to impose its world hegemony by dividing the world into six US commandos, and how it is using its military forces and weapons of mass destruction not only in the oppressed countries, even in Europe itself, but also in many imperialist countries maintains or uses as part of NATO forces and in Japan, the arrogance with which the US uses its financial and monetary supremacy to impose economic sanctions that affect not only those directly affected,  but also their own " partners" or "allies", and the way in which they are violating their commitments shows that Yankee imperialism has no friends, only enemies. This hegemony is obviously in trouble, losing strength and finding itself in deepening contradictions with the oppressed nations of the world, with the proletariat and masses at home, and with imperialist competitors. US imperialism acts as the self-proclaimed counterrevolutionary world police force and remains the main enemy of the peoples of the world. In the thought and sentiment of the masses, imperialism is strongly discredited, of course especially Yankee imperialism, but not only Yankee imperialism, but imperialism as a world system. At the same time, those sectors of the masses  where petty-bourgeois ideologies and theories resonated in confusion. This is also a sign of the crisis of imperialism, which is developing its comprehensive ideological crisis, which includes the crisis of reformism and revisionism. Communists must see this very clearly, because opportunism will try to put on "new" masks and ingratiate itself with the masses in "new" ways. But the communists will take advantage of the ideological crisis of imperialism, and here too they will know how to fight for leadership, combating their general counterrevolutionary offensive, raising, defending and applying Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, an allied force of the proletariat. Revisionism has placed itself behind the general staff of imperialism, because they are the ones who campaign in favor of Russian imperialism and Chinese social-imperialism to confuse the proletariat, but their discourse is weak, like their bourgeois ideology, which will disappear when the Proletariat applies Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

In this new situation, the struggles of the proletariat will be marked by a new awareness of its great political tasks, especially the pending and overdue task of constituting or reconstituted the communist parties. We see that the communists are intensifying their efforts to root themselves deeply in the proletariat, and they will also do their best to make this leap with the working class. In all these struggles and movements of the masses of the oppressed nations, of the peasants and of the masses of the proletariat and of the peoples, the people's wars in India, the Philippines, Turkey and Peru are advances on the road that the revolution must travel. world proletarian. step on  They give confidence to the communists inspire optimism and provide important lessons and inspiration for the International Communist Movement. The communists are doing their best to spread their example of armed struggle and other forms of struggle in the world, support them and spread proletarian internationalism by example.

Then, in the 1990s, the country became mainly a semi-colony of Russian imperialism, and from the 2000s, the  imperialist struggle  with the American and German imperialists, etc., intensified to liberate it from this domination, until the events of the "Maidan" and the change of regime in Ukraine  in favor of US imperialism from 2014.  Therefore, Ukraine goes from being a semi-colonial country that depends mainly on Russian imperialism politically, economically, militarily, etc. to a semi-colonial country that depends mainly on Russian imperialism about US imperialism  and the  imperialist struggle to bring Ukraine  into a state of war  . 

With Russia's imperialist war of aggression, this war is entering a new phase. Two fundamental contradictions are expressed in the Ukrainian situation: the nation-imperialism contradiction (main contradiction) and the inter-imperialist contradiction (secondary contradiction); and three forces: the invaders of Russian imperialism and their allies inside and outside Ukraine, the US and German (NATO) imperialists with their Ukrainian minions, including neo-Nazi forces, and the oppressed nation of Ukraine. What the imperialist thieves and agitators have in common is that they want to defend their interests at the expense of the Ukrainian people, prevent the development of Ukraine as a nation and try to completely subordinate the country to their conflicting interests.
