Birthday of Kim Jong Il Celebrated in Different Countries
Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- A friendship meeting was held in South Africa, a photo exhibition in Romania, a celebration concert in Italy, a reading session on "Biography of Comrade Kim Jong Il" and a meeting of appreciating songs in Uganda, a friendship meeting and a book and photo exhibition in Laos and a briefing on the greatness in Indonesia between February 6 and 11 on the occasion of the birthday of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
On display at the venues of the events were famous works of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, photos showing their undying revolutionary exploits, photos introducing the invincibility of Korean-style socialism and the heroic struggle of the Korean youths, etc.
