Seems to indicate that the Maoist are finally getting back some of the clout they lost when they pulled out of the country’s new government:

The Maoists, led by former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, sought to form the next national unity government by talking with other political parties.
A Maoist spokesman said his group believes it should lead the next government because it is the largest party in the Constituent Assembly, Nepalnews.com reported.
