En el comunicado del Primero de Mayo señalábamos: “Aunque lo dominante aún del momento histórico que nos está tocando vivir siga caracterizándose por la ofensiva reaccionaria y conservadora que encabeza el imperialismo yanqui en colusión con un revisionismo en galopante crisis, es un hecho que el proletariado y las masas pugnan por salir del repliegue general y estratégico de sus fuerzas y han iniciado su camino. Las condiciones objetivas, marcadas por la agudización de la lucha de clases son muy propicias, aunque sigue manifestándose la carencia subjetiva principal de falta de auténticos Partidos Comunistas sustentados en el Marxismo-Leninismo-Maoísmo concreto, pues no existe una concepción del mundo del proletariado en abstracto. A pesar de las carencias, el actual momento está fraguando acontecimientos futuros colosales como jamás ha habido en la historia; en poco tiempo, millones de obreros y masas por el Mundo se seguirán uniendo y se levantarán con los que ya lo hacen para sacudir los cimientos del imperialismo con una veloz tormenta, con una fuerza tan feroz y violenta que ningún poder, por todopoderoso que sea, será capaz de detener.”
En nuestro proceso de lucha y brega por dotar al proletariado de su vanguardia organizada y que ésta sea por él reconocida, hemos avanzado hacía la reafirmación de las bases ideológicas y políticas, definidas en la aplicación especifica y creadora del Marxismo-Leninismo-Maoísmo, y continuamos con la reconstitución retomando y desarrollando las Bases y Tesis Fundamentales del Partido Comunista de España.
Si para los comunistas es sumamente importante impulsar las luchas reivindicativas de la clase obrera, mayor importancia adquiere el enrumbar esas luchas hacia la defensa y conquista de sus derechos fundamentales y la democratización de la sociedad en la perspectiva de irnos forjando hacía la histórica e insoslayable tarea de tomar el Poder, para crear una sociedad basada en nuevas relaciones sociales de producción bajo la hegemonía del proletariado. Estos son los retos planteados para la clase obrera y su vanguardia. Por esa razón, aprendiendo de la historia y poniendo la ideología y la política de clase al mando, hoy es necesario que los comunistas recordemos y hagamos saber al proletariado y las masas del Estado Español, las sabias palabras del gran poeta Antonio Machado, cuando nos señala que “la política que no hagan los obreros, la hará otro por ellos y, generalmente, en contra de ellos”. Aprendiendo de estas sabias palabras, los comunistas tenemos ante nosotros el reto de impulsar, forjar y asumir la dirección de los movimientos sociales y sus luchas, siempre teniendo presente y sin perder el horizonte final al que nos encaminamos en lo inmediato: la destrucción del Estado burgués, la implantación de la dictadura del proletariado y el desarrollo de la revolución socialista; como tarea final, la meta del comunismo, la sociedad de la eterna armonía.
