La sentenza che condanna a 90 anni di carcere complessivi 10 manifestanti
del G8 di Genova è da un punto di vista anche democratico ingiusta e
sbagliata.
Ingiusta perchè parte da un teorema ideologico e politico che viene
sovrapposto alla dinamica dei fatti, un teorema che dopo la blanda sentenza
di condanna dei vertici della polizia per i fatti della Diaz appare quanto
mai ingiustificato, l'utilizzo della 'devastazione e saccheggio'
addebitandoli ai 10 manifestanti non trova nessun riscontro nella realtà.
Non abbiamo assistito nel 2001 ad una città in cui sarebbe stata "sconvolta
la vitapacifica
dei genovesi dai manifestanti". Genova è stata sconvolta
dal G8, dalle sue zone rosse, dalla sua militarizzazione già prima delle
giornate del G8; Genova è stata sconvolta poi per due giorni da una violenza
poliziesca senza limiti e freni, tra dittatura cilena e macelleria
messicana, e non certo solo per la Diaz e Bolzaneto, ma per la spietata,
pianificata caccia alle streghe, attacco ai coreti e ai manifestanti,
pestaggi, aggressioni, fino al crimine di Stato dell'uccisione di Carlo
Giuliani. Se si volesse utilizzare effettivamente la tipologia di reato di
'devastazione e saccheggio' non è certo ai manifestanti che andrebbe
addebitata. La 'pacifica
popolazione' solidarizzò e sostenne in mille modi i
manifestanti, denunciò prima e dopo la devastazione della città fatta dalla
polizia e ha accolto Carlo Guliani come proprio figlio giustamente ribelle e
vittima di una violenza di Stato rimasta impunita.
Mettere insieme come fa il giudiceGaeta
tutti i fatti "incriminabili":
strade disselciate per lanciare pietre, vetrine rotte per introdurvi le
molotov, bancomat sfondati per rubare soldi (?) - falso assoluto -
cassonetti usati come trincee, ecc., avvenuti in due giorni di battaglia da
centinaia e centinaia di manifestanti dentro le decine di migliaia che hanno
poi opposto comunque resistenza alle violenze poliziesche, e caricarli in
termini di anni su 10 manifestanti presi a caso senza una corrispondenza
dimostrabile tra queste presunte devastazioni e le responsabilità
individuali dei manifestanti, è la dimostrazione di una sentenza scritta
prima e comunque, al di là dei processi e dei suoi tre gradi.
E' la chiara dimostrazione di una verità di Stato che solo può essere
ispirata da chi questo Stato di polizia a Genova ha gestito.
Cos 'è poi una vetrina spaccata di fronte a
teste spaccate, ai criminali
pestaggi della Diaz, alle ignobili torture di Bolzaneto, alle centinaia di
corpi insanguinati e violati nelle strade di Genova , alle profonde ferite,
per alcuni permanenti, fisiche e psicologiche?
Per questo, la sentenza non può essere neanche riconosciuta e in nessun modo
paragonata, anche come sentenza, a quella che ha condannato i vertici di
polizia in cui la forza della prove e delle responsabilità personali è stata
consistente e precisa, (e sul cui commento rimandiamo alla precedente nota).
Questa sentenza è una vendetta per rovesciare la verità storica dei fatti,
e, per il momento in cui avviene, è una rappresaglia per cui 10
manifestanti, per altro oggi in parte normali cittadini, avevano già pagato
con i processi che avevano criminalizzato la loro vita.
Quindi è giusto che siano i democratici, il frontedel '10x100' che faccia
sentire alta la sua voce, che diventi una protesta generale che costringa
comunque a trovare la via perchè la sentenza non venga realmente applicata e
venga ridimensionata e i 10 manifestanti possano comunque tornare liberi.
Ma temiamo che la cosa sia complicata anche da altri elementi. Noi non
amiamo le dietrologie ma è in atto una campagna volta a non applicare
l'altra sentenza, quella ben più seria e fondata, sia pure lieve e
inadeguata, che colpisce i capi della polizia, insieme ad altri le cui
responsabilità sono state accertate e sanzionate, e per i quali è stata
chiesta anche la custodia cautelare che ora si vuole sventare ed evitare.
Per cui i 10 manifestanti diventano una sorta di "sequestrati" e di ostaggi
affinchè venga resa inefficace la sentenza per la polizia. Ed è quindi
legittimo pensare che dietro la sentenza contro i 10 manifestanti ci sia
anche un gioco politico che tutti, governo, Napolitano, partiti parlamentari
non mancano di usare.
Questo è dimostrato anche dal fatto che quello che apparirebbe in questo
momento il più estremo dei politici presenti in parlamento, Di Pietro, aveva
sollevato la questione che "anche il movimento deve chiedere scusa per
quello che ha fatto", posizione certa non nuova per Di Pietro che si oppose
anche alla commissione d'inchiesta parlamentare.
Detto questo, per noi Proletari comunisti le due sentenze stanno insieme
secondo l'unica logica che è sostanziale in questa vicenda, lo Stato
borghese utilizza due pesi e due misure come concezione del sistema perchè i
Vertici di polizia sono parte della dittatura di classe e nella tendenza al
moderno fascismo e Stato di polizia sono una sorta di prima linea della
dittatura di classe, e i ribelli sono i nemici della dittatura di classe e
come tale devono essere schiacciati, prima, durante e dopo. E' questo ultimo
aspetto che ci chiama alla responsabilità di considerare le due sentenze
come parte di una guerra di classe e ci chiama ad una mobilitazione
prolungata perchè i massacratori, torturatori, gli assassini di Genova
paghino e tutti i manifestanti di Genova imprigionati, processati,
criminalizzati siano liberi.
