The Peace and Social Justice Center will be hosting a pot
luck for May Day, May 1st, 5:30pm, at the Peace and Social Justice Center, 1407
N Topeka St, Wichita, KS 67214, (316) 263-5886. The event will commemorate May
Day and its history.
The P and SJ Center has a lot of progressive members who are
interested in labor issues, or just interested in the history of May Day, the
international workers holiday. Since there are not a lot of Marxist in Wichita , the event will
be somewhat generic so that anyone interested in labor issues can attend.
If you live in Kansas
or can visit here, come and bring a dish. Or just come and join in.
