Bolivia is no stranger to this inter-imperialist contradiction, the government positioned itself in the bloc of Russia, China, Iran, Syria and Korea. While Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil and others also take a position in the bloc headed by the US,  England,   the European Union and others. There is no state or government that has not taken a stand.

While the MAS continues with the reorganization of the old bourgeois state, which it conceals with an ultra-revolutionary speech to deceive the workers and our people and,  in  fact, proves to be more ultraconservative. In almost eleven years of government he could not deepen the so-called "process of change", but in the opposite direction, favoring  the interests of the agribusiness and landowning bourgeoisie of the east of our country, the banking financial bourgeoisie, the commercial bourgeoisie, To the mining bourgeoisie and other sectors privileged by the power. The principles and rights of workers written in the new Political Constitution of the bourgeois state are simple statements, as shown  by the salaries of hunger,  Contribution of the workers themselves for their retirement, lack of sources of employment, closure of factories and etc. The paradigm of "living well" is translated with accusations of corruption, negotiation, traffic of influences and so on. The worst official corporatist policy on workers  ' organizations is contrary to class and revolutionary syndicalism.

The old right (Carlos de Meza, Tuto Quiroga, Doria Medina, Rubén Costas and his cub Luis Revilla) is ready to return to the political power of the old state to restore its privileges and policies to the unconditional service of Yankee imperialism and transnational corporations, as (Which  created a new bourgeoisie and favors the other factions of the bourgeoisie of our country) incapable of deepening the so-called "process of change" in favor of the workers and our people, because it denies the role Protagonist of the workers and their all-powerful ideology: Marxism Leninism.

The workers already know the policy of the neoliberal restoration government of Macri in Argentina and of Temer in Brazil. That is why we must understand the need to build a political project of a new Democratic, People's and Revolutionary State in line with our strategic class objectives, qualitatively superior to the bourgeois Plurinational State, and thus pave the way for scientific socialism (which does not Has nothing in common with the reformism of Socialism of the 21st Century and the populism of Community Socialism). 

It is necessary to accumulate forces to enforce our rights and benefits and to conquer more labor rights and demands, while repudiating the pacifism, opportunism and capitulation of some corporate leaders of the Bolivian Workers' Central. Likewise, to be clear that proletarian internationalism is a revolutionary principle that the workers and our people can not fail to practice against the main enemy of the workers and peoples of the world: imperialism, especially Yankee imperialism. We must morally support the struggle of the heroic people of Syria,  Iraq, Yemen, Palestine, Lebanon and their Hezbollah, Libya, Afghanistan, India, Philippines, People's Republic of Donetzk, People's Republic of Lugansk;
