The Communist Party of Ecuador-Red Sun, expresses its warm and internationalist greetings to the glorious Communist Party of India (Maoist), to its Central Committee, to all the combatants of the Popular Guerrilla Army of Liberation, to the organs of the new Power and the broad masses of the people of India who develop people's war, a heroic struggle that makes the international proletariat and the oppressed peoples of the world proud.

We condemn the old State of India and its permanent military campaigns that vainly try to defeat a people's war that for historical reasons is doomed to succeed.
The murderous regime of Narendra Modi has launched the genocidal operation "Prahaar-3" in order to neutralize the brilliant advance of the people's war. Dog dreams have the reaction; the blood of the popular combatants only fuels the revolution, whose detachments are steeled with the almighty ideology of the proletariat: Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
Like the people's wars that are being carried out in the Philippines, Turkey and Peru, we are absolutely certain that the comrades of the Communist Party of India (m) at the forefront of the people's war, are going to carry out the Revolution of New Democracy, they will continue uninterruptedly with the socialist revolution and, with cultural revolutions, they will give way to the classless and exploitative society: communism.
