The Maoist Parties and Organizations, which sign this declaration for the XXXV Anniversary of the Day of Heroism, established as the International Day of Revolutionary Political and War Prisoners, salute the undefeated ideology of the international proletariat, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, mainly Maoism; under whose undefeated banners we are advancing in the realization of the reunification of the International Communist Movement, in hard and prolonged struggle, concretizing the reconstitution of the communist parties to initiate and develop the people's war in the different countries, marching towards the International Unified Maoist Conference already the New International Organization of the Proletariat.

On June 19, communists and revolutionaries around the world celebrate this date, commemorating the rebellion 35 years ago by the prisoners of war of the Communist Party of Peru. On this solemn occasion, we salute the current people's wars, which continue their invincible march through thick and thin, like the people's wars in Peru, India, Turkey and the Philippines. People's wars that show the way to follow those to be born, serving the world revolution and persisting in raising, defending and applying Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, mainly Maoism; People's wars, which are the shining beacon for the current armed liberation struggles and others waged by the international proletariat and the peoples of the world to wipe imperialism and reaction from the face of the Earth.

In Turkey, prisons are the place where the ruling classes show their true face. The aforementioned cases are only a sample of the need to fight for the defense of social, political and war prisoners. The fight for freedom, health, life and rights of revolutionary prisoners throughout the world is a task that falls to us to develop as part of the struggle for demands together with the struggle for Power, the struggle for that is of utmost importance. their status as political prisoners and prisoners of war be recognized. Because our imprisoned comrades transform the filthy dungeons of reaction into luminous combat trenches of the people's war.
