Shootouts still take place in Texas - Many other states will follow

Think the shoot outs of the 1800s are a thing of the past. In Texas today, a person can take a gun ANYWHERE including a BAR.
And this may be the wave of the future. Kansas just passed a “conceal and carry” law. Could shout outs in bars be far behind?
