Daily confirmation of the recognition of the universal validity of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and the people's war can be found in the people's wars in Peru, India, Turkey and the Philippines as the strategic axis of the world proletarian revolution, too. as embodied by the communists, who fight for the reconstitution or constitution of their communist parties in every country in the world.

To impose Maoism, which deepens the struggle for its understanding, the red forces of the International Communist Movement have in their hands the crucial weapon, which was placed in their hands by President Gonzalo and the First Congress of the Communist Party of Peru : The document "On Marxism-Leninism-Maoism". We can never do without this document, because that would mean getting out of the current stage of the present era, which would mean not being able to take on the great new tasks and new objectives that the communists face on a world scale. Therefore, let us take this document as a firm starting point, deepen and sharpen our understanding of Maoism more and more in terms of this contribution of universal validity to transform the world with people's war. That way we can jump in the fight for the reconstitution or constitution of the communist parties, in the fight for the International Maoist Unified Conference, in the fight for the World Proletarian Revolution. Raising this document, let's apply it and consider with that understanding the historical role of the great President and teacher, Mao Zedong.

Born on December 26, 1893, Mao Zedong already experienced the concerns and needs of the masses from early childhood, participated in his struggles and actively cared for them. That made it possible for President Mao Zedong to experience in the struggle the transition to the upper and final stage of capitalism, the world system of imperialism and, therefore, could develop a deep understanding of it. In the midst of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, it was declared that the Communist Party of China could become the vanguard of the Chinese revolution, because it has been forged on winding roads, between great struggles. Therefore, it became correct and red. Nothing else applies to his great helmsman, President Mao Zedong. His path is also being molded without pause in the fight, a fact for which he was accused again and again by the revisionists and social-imperialists, going crazy over fury and hatred against him. They did not understand that he was accused of something, for which reason he was loved by the proletariat and the peoples of the world: that he was formed and forged as a proletarian revolutionary, as a communist within his own combats of the masses, within his struggles. Their problems were not unknown to them, their struggles were not incomprehensible to President Mao. It was crystallized by the great struggles of the Chinese people, by the Great October Socialist Revolution, by the legions of the world proletariat in struggle, by the Communist International and the struggle against revisionism and social-imperialism.

In: Base of the Unity of the Communist Party of Peru) These opportunists and revisionists continue with confusions of this kind with the purpose of attacking the universal validity of the prolonged people's war, like a mass-based war led by the proletariat through its Communist Party. However, also with that attack on Maoism and the contributions of universal validity of President Gonzalo failed, as happened with all his previous attacks. While the universal law of revolutionary violence must be defended, held high and applied, which should be consistently stated, if we speak of the almighty ideology of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, all-powerful because it is true, this law is expressed through the people's war, which will lead in all countries of the world, regardless of the type of society, to take power through the proletariat, whether the revolution takes on a new democracy or directly socialist character. The main type of revolution today is the democratic revolution, because in exposing the question of the new democracy by the great president Mao, He not only defined a third type of state, but also an understanding of how oppressed nations as part of the proletariat. The world revolution is released and marches firmly towards socialism. President Mao solved the problem of the uninterrupted and immediate passage of the democratic revolution to the socialist revolution. The question of political power, conquered through the people's war, is fundamental in Maoism. To develop according to this understanding and apply it, an army is needed, because President Mao teaches that, without an army, the people will have nothing. But the army is led by the Communist Party. Without the party, Power cannot be conquered for the proletariat. The Communist Party, which is a Marxist-Leninist-Maoist party, which develops, advances and concretes in the midst of the two-line struggle against non-proletarian lines, with revisionism as the main danger, thereby serving the establishment and direction of the dictatorship of the proletariat, establishing that the party sends the rifle. We have to insist and it must be very clear. That we advance in unity-struggle-unity. That determines that the ideology and the question of the political line must be the command. If this were not the case, that would lead to deviations and errors of "left" and right. Next to the party and the army, the third universal magic wand is the front. Within the front, the proletariat is in alliance with other classes and parts of the people, its management must allow the proletariat to exercise hegemony. According to Maoism, The proletariat must lead the front in accordance with its specific character and specific tasks and rejects all positions, which they preach as the revisionist Titus to develop "all through the front." We adhere, that also in the alliance where the proletariat establishes its hegemony, the proletariat must preserve its independence. The Communist Party, the Army and the Front are the three instruments or magic wands of the revolution. There is a clear interrelation between them, and Presidents Mao Zedong developed the theory of the new type party, developed the theory about the militia and formulated the universally valid teaching of the people's war and established very clearly how we should handle the front. It would be a mistake to mix these three magic wands or forget that we have to build them concentrically, taking the militarized party as the axis and direction of the entire construction. Only then can we conquer the masses, organize them and incorporate them into the people's war!

President Mao Zedong reaffirmed the law that the main contradiction within socialist society is between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat and exposed this fact with a systematic and deep understanding, as nobody did before. President Mao Zedong tells the Communists that this contradiction is a reflection of the fundamental law of the dialectic within socialism, until we reach the always golden communism, and with that the question of "Who will defeat who?" It will not be decided until communism. With that it is clear, what leap was achieved by President Mao Zedong, when he planned, initiated and led in response the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, with which he created a third universal type of revolution, which serves to consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat, so it will necessarily need several of these proletarian cultural revolutions until communism, as an indispensable culmination of the class struggle to move towards our goal: communism. With that the universal theory of the continuation of the revolution was formulated in the course of the dictatorship of the proletariat. President Gonzalo in this regard gives us a deep and systematic understanding, which leads to a total rejection of the conceptions and "theories" about the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, as they were represented by the enemies of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, as the forces revolutionary and petty bourgeois of the 70s, or by the Avakianists.
